Understanding the relative scale of things on earth and in the universe is what "Powers Of Ten" is all about. This IBM movie from 1977 is a classic that visualizes in factors of ten starting at a picnic scene and ending on the other side of the universe. Make sure you watch this movie, if only for fun!
